Comm100 Live Chat server is hosted on Comm100 servers, so there is no requirement on the server side for you.

Comm100 Live Chat Visitor Monitor is a tool you can view online visitors, monitor their navigation paths chat with your visitors, send chat invitations and so on.

Visitor Monitor Web Client (Adobe Flash Based)

Adobe Flash Player 10.3 is required for Comm100 Live Chat Visitor Monitor Web Client.

It is recommended that you install Flash Player 10 beforehand. However, if Flash 10 is not installed, when you enter the Visitor Monitor interface, Comm100 Live Chat will automatically initiate the download and installation process.
