The integration with Comm100 Help Desk helps your users raise their own requests
if they don't get the solutions from your Knowledge Base. They can also track the
statuses of their requests and keep informed about announcements and news in your
Comm100 Help Desk.
- Improved usability of the search function. Full-text search is supported in Comm100
Knowledge Base 3.0.
- Added permission settings which allow you to customize Knowledge Base permissions
for each operator.
- Added Page Style Settings which allows you to customize the CSS styles of your knowledge
base.

- Added Article Export in Text/CSV format.
- Added a new type of knowledge base code with which your knowledge base displays
as a search box on your website. Your clients can enter keywords in the search box
and find answers in your knowledge base.

Comm100 Knowledge Base 2.0.1 (Nov 28, 2010)
- Improved user friendliness of WYSIWYG HTML Editor, which makes it easier for you
to edit articles and insert images.

Fixed the session crossing bug which causes operators unable to visit a knowledge
base under another Comm100 site account (a different Site Id).
This happens when someone has already logged into a Comm100 site account and meanwhile
tries to browse the forum posts or knowledge base articles under another Comm100
site account (a different Site Id), he/she will come across the Runtime Error issue.
- Fixed the bug that certain style rules (such as line height, font weight, etc.)
in an article will be changed after this article is saved.
- Fixed the bug that under certain situations, Verification Code (CAPTCHA) does not
work on the Login page.
- Fixed the bug that a draft article will get lost if users don't select a category
for this draft article before clicking Save.
- Other minor bug fixes and tweaks.
Comm100 Knowledge Base 2.0 (Jun 6, 2010)
- Added access control to define who can visit the knowledge base. Three options are
provided: Public, Operator Only and Closed.
- Added permission definition to grant the permissions to each operator, including
Manage Site Settings, Manage Categories, Manage Articles, Permanently
Delete Categories/Articles and Mange Operator Permissions.
- Added feedback setting to define who are allowed to leave feedback in the knowledge
base. Three options are provided: All Visitors, Operators Only and
Nobody.
- Added the feature to type meta keywords and meta descriptions for the whole knowledge
base.
- Added image management.
- Enable to use Picture Link when deployed onto websites.
- Added more templates.
