Comm100 Email Marketing 3.0 (Oct. 24, 2011)
- Added Comm100 Help Desk integration. After the integration, your help desk
visitors have the option to subscribe for your newsletters from the help desk;
your help desk registered users can update their newsletter subscription information
and review all newsletters they have received in the help desk.
- Moved Contacts Management to Comm100 Contacts module.
- Added APIs which allows you to integrate Comm100 Email Marketing with your website and
existing systems.
- Added permission settings which allow you to set Email Marketing permissions for each
operator.
- Added web version of newsletters which allows your recipients who have difficulty
in viewing your email to open it in a web browser.
- Added customizable fields which help you manage your contacts better.

- Added Double Opt-in. With double opt-in enabled, a confirmation email will be sent
to subscribers. Subscribers need to click on the link in the email to confirm their
subscription. Double Opt-in can verify that the subscribed email address is indeed
the owner's.
- Added Reply Email Address. You can set an email address to receive your contacts'
replies.
- Added the Bounce Management which allows you to block or/and delete bounces. Bounce
Management helps you easily manage your mailing lists and keep them clean.

- Improved Block List management which allows you to manually add email addresses
into the block list. Comm100 Email Marketing does not send emails to blocked email addresses.
- Improved usability of Macro Parameter.
- Added the option of adding macro parameters in the subject line of your emails.
- Added the option of adding macro parameters in text-only emails.
- Added Update Subscription.
- Added the Update Subscription link in every sent out newsletter which allows subscribers
to click on the link to update their subscription information (e.g. email address,
name, mailing lists and so on).
- Improved the subscription process which allows subscribers to update their subscription
information if they subscribe again.
- Added the option for you to customize the Update Subscription Form according to
your needs.

- Improved view of sent out newsletters:
- Added the option for you to remove the sentence of "To ensure delivery of these
emails to your inbox, please added name@domian.com to you Email address book" from
your newsletter.
- Removed "Spam Report" link from your newsletter.
- Added the option of only viewing the records of sent out emails which are not deleted.
At the View by Email page, you can select the option of displaying all the sent
out emails.
- Added Audit Log which allows you to view the history activities performed by your
operators.
- Fixed the bug that the error message language cannot be customized despite that
you have set a specified interface language for the subscribe form.
- Fixed the bug that the status of a subscribed member will be changed from Normal
(Subscribe) to Normal (Import) after you edit the member's information.
- Other minor bug fixes and tweaks.

- Improved Contacts & Mailing Lists Management
- Added Delete All in the Contacts page which allows
administrators to remove all contacts at one time.
- Added Export All in the Contacts page which allows
administrators to export all contacts at one time.
- Improved Export feature. If you select the Mailing List(s) field
in the Export Contacts page, mailing list(s) to which a contact
belongs will be displayed in the exported file.
- Added Contact Details. You can click on a contact's ID or email
address in the Contacts page to view the detailed information of
the contact.
- Added Member Details. You can click on a member's ID or email address
in the Members of Mailing List page to view the detailed information
of the member in a mailing list.
- Support editing mailing list(s) in the Edit Contact page. Administrators
can modify the mailing list(s) to which a contact belongs.
- Added detailed import report in the Import Result page. In the
Import Result page, you can see:
- how many contacts are successfully imported;
- how many contacts are not imported;
- which addresses are not imported and why;
- how many contacts are newly added into each mailing list.
- Added an unsubscribe query condition in the Contacts page. You
can query unsubscribed contacts from any mailing list(s) in the Contacts
page.
- Improved Email Editing Module
- Improved WYSIWYG HTML Editor. Operators can freely personalize their emails with
their own logo, image, color, etc. No prior programming knowledge is required.
- Improved ‘Unsubscribe' link option in the Send Setting page. Operators
can choose whether to display the ‘Unsubscribe' link in header or not.
- Added Template Preview in the New Email page for
operators to preview a selected template.
- Added more interface language options. The current available languages are English,
Japanese, German, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, French,
Bulgarian and Portuguese.
- Added Send Test in the Edit Email page and
Email Preview page
- Improved Usability of Sending Process
- Added an Apply for Sending More Emails button in the Edit
Email page. You can click the button to apply for more credits.
- Added an Apply for Moderation Not Needed Status button in the
Email Marketing Status page. You can click the button to upgrade your Email Marketing
Status to Moderation Not Needed.
- Improved subscribe form code. The subscribe form code is entirely W3C XHTML 1.0
compliant.
- Remove Unsubscribe and Forward links in Auto-responder
to unsubscribed members.
- Fixed the bug that the value of the State field submitted from
subscribe form cannot be viewed in the Contacts page.

- Added Credit concept to help you achieve high email sending quality and speed up
the pace of upgrading your Email Marketing Status to Moderation not Needed.
Each Comm100 Email Marketing account has a limitation points per month. You can get more
credits by contacting Comm100 support.
- Added autoresponder. An auto follow-up email can be sent out when a visitor subscribes
for your newsletter or unsubscribes from your mailing list. You can edit your auto
response templates and schedule the send time.
- Added more email templates which are categorized into various fields. It is easy
to select the one that satisfies your needs.
- Added language setting which allows you to select the language for email header
and footer as well as all the pages recipients see, including Powered By logo, Subscribe
page, Forward page and more.

- Added Block list which can help you manage contacts effectively. If the email address
of a contact is non-existent, invalid or spam reported address, it will be automatically
added to Block list of your account. This contact will never receive emails from
you through Comm100 Email Marketing afterward.
- Improved delete feature
- Added bulk delete feature. You can massively delete contacts.
- You can choose to remove contacts from a specific mailing list or directly delete
contacts, as seen in the following figure.
