    • Added integration with Comm100 Help Desk
      The integration with Comm100 Help Desk allows your customers to access your Forum in your help desk. Comm100 Help Desk is a self-service portal offering a centralized place for all your customer service channels, including Forum, Live Chat, email, Ticket, Knowledge Base and Email Marketing.
    • Added integration with Comm100 Knowledge Base
      The integration of Comm100 Knowledge Base and Comm100 Forum hosted allows you to promote a topic as an article candidate to your Comm100 Knowledge Base. It helps you collect possible knowledge base topics from Comm100 forum hosted.
    • Added integration with Comm100 User  (Partially Available)
      All forum registered users are added into Comm100 User. You can track all users’ activities in 360 degree, such as chats and offline messages, tickets, forum posts, knowledge base feedback, navigation, search history etc. in your Comm100 User.
  2. Moved User Management to Comm100 User module.
  3. Added Page Style and Header & Footer Settings which allows you to personalize your forum to match the style of your website.
  4. Added Permission Settings which allows you to customize forum permissions for each operator.
  5. Improved usability of the search function.

    • Allow searching posts by author.

  9. Improved usability of the word censoring. You can censor a whole word in your forum.
  10. Fixed the bug that images might not display properly in some posts.
  11. Fixed the bug that there is no system notification when the private message is successfully sent out.
  12. Other minor fixes and tweaks.

Comm100 Forum Hosted 2.0.1 Released

Comm100 Forum Hosted 2.0.1  is officially released. Below are some of the bug fixes:

1. Fixed the session crossing bug which caused operators/Forum users unable to visit the Forum.

2. Fixed the bug that new registered users cannot get the pre-defined scores or reputation values if Moderation Required for New Registered Users or Email Address Verification Required for Registration is enabled.

3. Fixed the bug that under certain situations, Verification Code (Captcha) does not work on the Login or Signup page.

4. Other minor bug fixes and tweaks.
